Stan Hartling, C.A. CEO, Developer	Stan is a Canadian developer who first visited Provo in 1995 while doing research for a new real estate venture. His attraction to the vast beauty and potential of the Island was immediate and by 1996 The Sands' site was identified and construction was fully underway by mid 1997. Stan has been the Director of Operations for over 500,000 sq. ft. of various new real estate developments and more than 80 acres of residential subdivisions over the last decade. His dedication to the project is full time. Stan's commitment and hands on approach is evident through all the extra touches and features that are part of what makes The Sands special. His reputation with purchasers and their testimonials would be admired by any developer.
